Sue Callaway / Founder

Entrepreneur, award-winning journalist and author, media marketing pioneer, and automotive insider, Sue has built and transformed global brands for Time Inc., Wenner Media and Hearst, co-founded Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit and created marketing and content platforms for brands from Esquire and Jaguar to TrueCar and THE AUTO 100.

Prior to launching Glovebox, she was EVP, Editorial Director at Edelman, where she oversaw content strategy and execution as well as media training and crisis management for global clients including Nissan, INFINITI, HP, and others. 

She was director of marketing for Ford’s (former) luxury brands—Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lincoln and Volvo—and later became the VP, General Manager of Jaguar North America. 

She also has had decades of experience in media: she was Senior Editor, Automotive, for Time Inc.’s 90-plus brands. Her original storytelling—written, digital, and video—has also appeared in Fortune, Esquire, Men’s Journal, Los Angeles Times, and on CNN and CBS, among others. And she’s the co-author the international best-seller, What Would Jackie Do? An Inspired Guide to Distinctive Living (Viking/Penguin).

David Gray / Founder

David is an award-winning creative director, photographer, and journalist. He’s held many roles, from news editor on a weekly newspaper to business editor on a daily, to design director on a national, and creative director on countless magazines and digital brands. For the last decade, he has led high-level relaunches and new global products, including for LGBTQ brand Out.


As creative director of Formula 1 art magazine Lollipop, his combination of writing, design, photo commissioning, and editing has helped propel the magazine into every team owner’s and driver’s hands. He has also overseen strategic design and direction for The AUTO 100 and an all-new automotive vertical for Time Inc.

Jule Capehart/ ProDUCER

Jule is a longtime producer and project manager in the advertising and creative worlds and has worked with agencies and companies of all sizes. Her expertise is in overseeing big-budget and/or complex projects including building social media channels; producing augmented reality programs; managing OOH campaigns, website rebuilds, and photo, written, and video content. She has decades of experience working with outside venders, scheduling tools, cost control companies, and creative teams and freelancers to help clients execute their vision in a creative, cost-efficient, and timely manner.

    Angus Robertson has been providing comprehensive managerial and operational advice and support to businesses and organizations large and small for more than 20 years. Expertise includes organizational development, compliance and reputational management, business and media strategy.
